Listening to the body, its saying something. Its called FEEDBACK.

As if I had forgotten what the original purpose of our trip to. India was about, my body has seen fit to remind me...It's about well being, health, vitality, exercise, rest, relaxation, laughter, sunshine, fruit, more fruit, fruit, fresh fruit..
My body is just amazing!! It is SO SENSITIVE I just cannot 'get away with' anything that reminds it of Candida, toxicity, leaky gut..Nothing!
I appreciate it and thank it for keeping me in check whenever I eye the wheat, or the croissants, or too much coffee...It's time I became a Master of my life.

And this reminds me of the story that most people are living. It's a massive disconnect from their body.
It is an attempt to over rule matter, in this case the body. If you think about it, it is an attempt at control of life. We 'believe' that our bodies should be this way or that way, and perform as we expect. When that doesn't happen we are distraught, upset, terrified, anxious and even enraged. And quite rightly so as 'we' feel let down, fragile and scared at our own mortality.

But coming into harmony with oneself, one's sense of oneself as consciousness in a body, and taking time to tune in to the body, begins to open up new vistas, new frontiers of life. And that means we develop depth of character, wisdom, less fear, more love and a grounded spirituality.

Body is not the enemy simply because it is mortal. Your body is your feedback system. It's telling you how you are doing. It's vastly and incomprehensibly alive. It's a quantum doorway. We dumb it down so much it is just incredible.

And that is why I love my body even when it shakes me up, even when it confounds my expectations, even when it seems to makes me stop ding something I really wanted to. It's sending me a message. My job is to listen. And that NEVER means being miserable or self pitying or resigned. It means acceptance, surrender, love, learning.

You don't need to find a Master..YOU HAVE ONE...It's your BODY!

This is the stuff I'm going to be writing about in my book and I'm really hoping to get going in India.
It's working title is 'SACRED WELLNESS' but I also realized just now I like 'SACRED ILLNESS'.

Thanks for reading. It's all love whatever else it appears as, it's always love trying to break through and show us it's illuminated face.

Thunderbolt Heads to India

HI! Welcome to the first of many blogs about our forthcoming trip to Goa, India. We, Amoda Maa Jeevan, and myself are off to escape the cold and bleakness of the UK in Jan and Feb. We have friends who live in Arambol and are helping us sort many things out. We have to find somewhere decent to stay, away from the noise and chaos We both like quiet and peace and just can't do with craziness.  This is not just a holiday. We are putting on events, seeing some clients and playing some music.
Amoda's Satsang Retreat.

And eating some of the amazing food, particularly the fruits. Papaya, Pineapple, Banana, Coconuts. YES!
This is what I'm after, some Vitamin D and some fruit. Some exercise and air. A bit of lightness.
I am going to be finding new and creative ways to pursue my fitness. I've been at a gym for the last 3 months working on muscle building. I'm unlikely to find a gym in Goa, so Im going to focus on flexibility (Yoga), running on the beach, and using some suspension traps to do upper body. I'm excited!
Last time in India I changed! Kaviji was born.

Let's see what happens this time. In truth I am not expecting such a radical experience, BUT YOU NEVER KNOW!
And this pic was taken in Tiruvanamili, South India, in the deep heart of Shiva land..It burns you into submission.
Goa is a little softer.

We both celebrate our birthdays while we are away, both eccentric visionary Aquarians who have great plans for a New World filled with the aroma of Unconditional Love.

I am going to post regular blogs, snippets, pics and even some videos.

If you know me at all you will know that I am on fire with inspiration and sheer LIFE at the moment. I have a lot to say.
Its 5 days till we set forth. It's raining and wild winds here in the UK. Getting excited and, if truth be known, slightly nervous about what the next 2 months holds for us. Right now we have got nowhere to live, so I hope we can get that sorted...But I also know that India is a mystery that reveals itself to you, and just makes you surrender. So we will not force anything and just rest in trust that everything will be ok.
Got my Suspension traps , got our super foods and lots of them, and got our gadgets for communicating with you!

All set. Let's go!
